What Helps on the First Call?

When you dial (661) 451-7453, a quick outline of your plans is enough: selling, buying, leasing or exchanging. Sellers might mention the property, its age and any recent updates. Buyers can share a price range and whether they have talked with a lender yet.

What Happens When You Call?

  1. We hear your plans

Which property, what timing and the result you are hoping for.

  2. We share what we see

How similar property has sold or leased lately, and what preparation might help.

  3. You choose the next step

Nothing gets signed during this call. Decide on your own schedule.

Questions Before You Call?

What if no one picks up?

Leave your name and a short note about the property. Your call is returned as soon as the line opens.

Can we talk about preparing my home on the first call?

Yes. The basics can be covered by phone, and a walk-through can be scheduled to build the full prep list.

Do you work outside Maricopa?

Yes. Taft, Fellows, Buttonwillow, Rosedale, Bakersfield and other west side communities are part of our area, along with ranch land in between.

Can someone else join the call?

Please include them. Spouses, family members and business partners are welcome, and hearing the details together saves a round of retelling later.

Is there paperwork I should pull together?

None for the first conversation. Further along, a property tax bill or old disclosure packet helps a sale, and well, access and lease records help with ranch or rental property.

Ready When You Are

Share what you have in mind. Preparation, price and the road ahead get covered in everyday language, and you owe nothing for the conversation.
